Day 1: 

All delegations were officially welcomed by our headmistress, students and

teachers.

Dances and songs were performed in order to show part of our folkrore and 

culture.

Afterwards all delegations presented their works on the topic: "What does the sea mean for my country?"

In the afternoon a visit to the municipality was arranged.  Students could seat in the board room and start a discussion

Later the delegations were introduced to our sea traditions, thanls to the visit to the local shipyards and the Museum of the Sea

Day 2:

On the second day an excursion on Mount Vesuvio was arranged for all participants. 

Since 1995 the volcano has been a National Park. Once the students got to the crater edge, they met a vulcanology guide, who explained them some of the peculiarities of our volcano.

In the afternoon a visit to Herculaneum Ruins was arranged. Students and teachers were guided through the ancient roads once populated by the Romans.

Day 3

Our students prepared a  presentation about out local tradition of Coral fishing and Cameos

Then our guest students were introduced to workshops: physics, art and Chinese were the chosen subjects.

At the same time our guests teachers introduced their own countries to our students in class, by the means of photo sand ppt presentations.

In the afternoon guest students and teachers enjoyed a tour in a sailing boat alongside the coast: a new way to explore the area.

Day 4

All group went to Naples for a visit. We went to Archaeological museum(https://www.museoarcheologiconapoli.it/en/ ), to the old town and finally to a local Coral Museum.

Day 5

We visited a Hydroelectric Power Plantin Presenzano, near Caserta. An expert showed the students how a hydroelectric plant works.

Later on a visit the the wonderful gardens of Caserta Royal Palace was arranged.
