Early morning, leaving the school at 7 o'clock in the morning, for a 3 hour bus ride to the Vadesea, in the western part of Denmark. The area is Unesco World Heritage.

At the museum we learned a lot about the very rich and important nature, the importance of the daily tide, but also some of the problems when you live in an area that occasionally is flooded.

It was a nice evening with songs from different countries.

While the preparations were going on at home, the others went to visit the Island of Stynø.

It is a small island where the School has a department. 12 students are living here. They have subjects as: Sailing, building and maintaining the traditional wooden boats, called: Smakker.

The students also are helpers during the turistseason helping in the cafe, renting the kayaks and the SUPboards.

The plan was that we should try some of the activities, but the weather was quite bad and we had to cancel.

But at least we had a fire, and a warm chocolate made on the fire.
